This three-hour "journey," taking place during the morning or afternoon, is an invitation to connect with your inner self for restorative self-care and emotional balance session. It is an Eco wellness proposal that includes:
A 6 senses awakening meditation, an applied mindfulness walk and a creative workshop on a theme of your choice, based on your own immersive experience.
You can learn the art of Nature Journaling, a resource that promotes personal growth through the interpretation of the symbolic language of creativity.
If you are visiting the south of Portugal, this experience is an opportunity to witness an untamed Algarve, capable of delivering an extraordinary moment of self-care within your vacation.

model of practice: walk, talk & create
This methodology applies the principles of Ecopsychology and Expressive Therapies through a Nature based practice. It is a refreshing alternative therapy set in the outdoors.
When considering Nature based Expressive Therapies, there are three fundamental pillars: the therapeutic relationship, the artistic creation, and the creative processes implicit in Nature itself.
It is based on a bond of empathy and support, centring on the person’s ability to solve inner obstacles. It builds on and creatively suggests new "paths", facilitating self-knowledge and personal transformation through self-revelation. The phenomenon of self-revelation is a personal and intimate discovery, it occurs within each person when the conditions are favourable to intra and inter-connectivity.
Outcomes
Facilitates emotional regulation, helps relieve stress, allows for thoughts to settle and become clear, and boosts self-confident. In addition, it enhances creativity and increases the feeling of connection with oneself, contributing to self-knowing and enriching one's inner world.
Individual sessions for adults can be scheduled to last between 1h30 to 2h. For optimal results, an initial commitment of 4 sessions of a weekly appointment is suggested.
Requires the willingness to engage with oneself in a creative and holistic path. Previous artistic abilities or creative practice is not needed.
